Shontel's parents visited this weekend and saw the sun for the first time since last summer. Yea for Indiana!

Happy Valentine's Day

Tradition has it that my dad gives all of his girls a rose for Valentine's Day. This year was the first in quite a while that he's been able to give it to me personally because in recent years we've been in different states.

We hit the big city and the "Second City" improv with Shontel's siblings this past weekend. Note: the windy city is also a cold city.

I got to go to Trader Joe's with Mom and Dad and I got a free ball, 'cep this one floats!
