Peter's Baptism

Here are some pictures of Peter's baptism this past Sunday. The verse we chose was Jeremiah 31:3 "I have loved you with an everlasting love. I have drawn you with loving-kindness."

Happy Valentine's Day

I don't remember when the tradition started, but every year my dad gives all of his girls a rose. It is always the nicest when he delivers the rose in person and this year it worked out because the grandparents attended Peter's baptism.

I looked out the window to see Nathan had tossed aside boots and coat to play in the sand box. I was glad to see that the socks and clothes got to stay on. I waited to see how long it takes for a warm blooded boy to get cold in 20 degree weather. Result: about 10 minutes.

We had my brother and family in town over the weekend and visited the children's museum.

What was that?! Forget it.

Preschool

Nathan really likes preschool this year. When he comes home, I always ask him what he did that day and I usually get a one word answer out of him: "played". Here we are at a Moms and Muffins day last week where he took me to school and showed me all of his favorite toys.
