Life

If you ever want to kill a lot of time, try eating a pile of grapefruit with two toddlers.

Enjoying the view.

Trouble.

Finally, spring!

Happy Birthday, Nathan!

I admit that I am very tardy in blogging about Nathan's birthday since it was on March 4 and today is March 24. Better late than never, I suppose. As you can see, he had a great day doing his favorite thing: staying home. He just played all day with Gramps and Gram. Then at night we went bowling.

Thinking through his strategy.

It takes the ball so long to roll down there that I guess he needs to get comfortable .

Hungry Hippos: Daniel's gift to Nathan.

This is such a fun game! Unless all the marbles go to the green hippo, Nathan isn't happy.

Fun with Friends

Our friends, Brian and Heather, from Chicago visited for the weekend recently. These are their boys, Aidan and Brennan. Brian and Heather are bigger.

Nathan shares his birth day and birth year with his friends, Jack and Eva.

Trying to collect candy, candy, and more candy at the St. Patrick's Day Parade with our friend, Alex. Too bad we were seated next to a group of cute girls who got the majority of it. (I'm not saying that I personally was disappointed.....)

Happy Birthday, Joel!

We celebrated Joel's birthday last week and we're about to celebrate Nathan's this week. We tried to make Joel's birthday special by going out for dinner as a family. It was very exciting to eat with 2 toddlers in tow, but certainly not relaxing! Things that we need to say at home somehow sound weirder in a public place. Things like"Please don't eat your boogers." "Please don't put your hands down your pants". "Please don't eat the food off the floor".
